Morning Pilates, Strength Training, and "Shake-Out" Runs

 

Pilates and LiftingMorning practices will be starting this Wednesday (9/5).  Pilates are required practices (unless you talk to me about something extremely important) all the rest are strongly recommended, but not required.  If you are participating in these sessions, you will not be doing any strength-work in the afternoon practices.  Those not lifting or doing pilates will continue with regular strength work after afternoon running.  See schedule below:
 
Mondays:  Pilates in the big gym 7:00 am to 8:00 am
  Easy captain's run 8:00-8:30
 
Tuesdays:  Easy captain's run 7:30 am -8:00 am
Bronc Strength Lifting 8:00-9:00 (or when you have to leave to get to your school)
 
Wednesdays:  Pilates in the big gym 7:00 am to 8:00 am
Easy captain's run 8:00-8:30
 
Thursdays:  Easy captain's run 7:30 am -8:00 am
Bronc Strength Lifting 8:00-9:00 (or when you have to leave to get to your school)
