Fall Wellness launches Practice Less Stress

Welcome back, TCSD employees!  Your fall wellness program, Practice Less Stress 2.0, launches on Friday, September 5, 2014.

Practice Less Stress 2.0 is designed to help you reduce your stress.  Stress was identified as a primary risk factor for TCSD employees in the results of your 2014 Health Risk Assessment.

Practice Less Stress  runs from September 5 - November 14, 2014; if you log 30 stress reduction activities on the wellness portal during this time, you'll earn $50 cash.  A description of the program and directions for easy logging are attached.  Or, alternatively, go straight to our online wellness portal: and click on the sliding banner entitled Practice Less Stress to learn more. 

* Please note: if you have signed up and complete the online Mindfulness Fundamentals training by Mindful Schools you also will qualify for the $50.*

New to wellness?   Register on the portal now using the access code: 2013.  There is no need to fill in a referral code.  (More complete directions for registering are attached).
