Whether you're training for a marathon, haven't run in twenty years, or want to add walking to your daily routine, this week is for you! Don't forget to log ALL of your activities on the Wellness Portal.


Note: Thursday Baggy Pants Yoga at TCSD is canceled this week due to the CHI Walking Clinic.

Where: One to One Wellness, 1705 High School Road
When: 4:30 to 6 p.m.
What: CHI Running clinics focus on learning safe and efficient natural running technique to reduce injury and improve personal performance. Alignment & core engagement are key principles. Click here for more information about CHI Running.

Free CHI Walking Clinic with Scott Smith*

Where: St. John's Medical Center
When : 5 - 6:30 p.m.
What: CHI Walking Clinics focus on core muscle engagement and proper alignment. This clinic is ideal for hikers, backpackers, and even those with standing work stations.
What to Bring: Walking shoes, water
