Fall is here!  Time to take our exercise indoors.  Bell Fitness has some great programming in store for our members...Check out the October schedule for Yoga For Skiers, HIIT For Skiers, TRX For Zumba and Power Pilates have started on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

We have introduced a fantastic program implementing the training skills that will help our kids become balanced and strong. Obstacle courses, balance, agility, flexibility, strength...FUN!  Taught by certified fitness professionals for ages 6 through 13.


$65 for 10 punchcard for children of members

$85 for non-members

$10 drop in

** LADIES BOOTCAMP WITH PATRICIA:  Every a.m. at 8:30.  $120 for a ten punchcard.


**BANG FOR YOUR BUCK TRAINING:  $150 a month package includes a 30 minute training session once a week, plus 4 emailed cardio workouts.  If you just need a little direction and are self-motivated, this is a great, economical training package with Patricia.


**CROSSFIT:  Change your workout; Change your life!  Ready to take it to the next athletic level?  CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement at high intensities.  Despite its intensity, though, Coach Dwayne and Coach Becky can scale a workout to fit every athlete, regardless of fitness level or previous injury.  TRY YOUR FIRST CLASS FREE!


$150/month for 2 classes a week includes full gym membership

$180/month for unlimited CrossFit and full gym
